Sivam Velautham

Founder & President

Sivam Velautham is a philanthropist and community leader with over 20 years of service in community empowerment and men’s wellbeing. He holds a Diploma in Community Service Worker, is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, has completed Peer Support Core Competencies Training, and is currently studying Addictions Recovery Support for Youth and Families.

He is the Founder and President of Voice of Men 360 and assisted with starting IMD Sri Lanka, South India, Maldives, Malaysia, Nepal and Hawaii. Through talk shows and podcasts such as Open Up and Vili (Eye), Sivam promotes open dialogue, healing, and social impact. He is a dedicated humanitarian and 64-time blood donor, Sivam is driven by compassion and the belief that everything happens for a greater purpose.

Kristi White

Director of Indigenous Relations

Kristi White is a Social Equity Educator, Program Coordinator, Indigenous children’s author and publisher, and a literacy and disability advocate. She serves as the Director of Indigenous Relations at Voice of Men 360 and is a proud member of the Bear Clan from Oneida Nation of the Thames.

With extensive experience in community-based work, Kristi has helped develop and deliver programs for families and children focused on healthy living, positive relationships, and literacy. As a children’s author, she is committed to creating culturally and linguistically appropriate stories for Indigenous children, with themes that reflect diverse experiences and support meaningful representation. A devoted mother of four, Kristi and her family are actively engaged in their community and cultural events. Through her leadership, advocacy, and storytelling, Kristi continues to inspire positive change and amplify Indigenous voices.

Dipchand Ramcharitar

Director of Outreach and Development, VoM360

Dipchand Ramcharitar brings a strong multidisciplinary background in underwriting, accounting, and municipal affairs, drawing on both private- and public-sector experience to advance the mission of VoM360. In his role as Director of Outreach and Development, he is committed to building meaningful partnerships, strengthening community engagement, and creating sustainable initiatives that drive positive social impact.

Guided by a deep interest in self-improvement, philosophy, and personal wellness, Dipchand believes that individual growth and collective progress are deeply interconnected. He is especially passionate about uplifting underserved and disadvantaged communities, working to ensure that opportunities for growth, support, and empowerment are accessible to all. Through thoughtful leadership and service, he continues to contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Rob Herholz

Director of Operations

Rob Herholz is a published freelance writer and dedicated men’s mental health advocate whose work thoughtfully examines men’s mental health, Indigenous affairs, and the often-absurd realities of Canadian life. His non-fiction writing has appeared in Learning Curves, Medium, Substack, No Time, The Second Half, and Write Your World, where he brings clarity, compassion, and insight to complex social issues.

With more than twenty years of senior management experience in the entertainment industry, Rob brings a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and collaboration to his role as Director of Operations at Voice of Men 360. He is actively engaged in peer support and community-based mental health initiatives, combining lived experience, advocacy, and professional expertise to strengthen organizational impact, foster connection, and advance meaningful, community-driven change.

Esra Hilal Sak

Director of Research

Esra holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is deeply committed to advancing mental health, wellbeing, and social justice. Her professional work is grounded in the belief that a truly compassionate and equitable society is built by recognizing, respecting, and valuing the full spectrum of human diversity—including race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ability, religion, and cultural background.

Esra is dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive spaces where all individuals—especially those who are underserved—feel seen, respected, and empowered to grow, heal, and thrive in their personal and mental health journeys.
